Host an Unplugged Party – Invite friends and family over or just celebrate with those in your household. Reach Out – When was the last time you talked to your cousin across the country, or even your neighbor across the street? Remember, commenting on their status updates doesn’t count. Common Furnace Repairs in Rockwall & Terrell

It’s never a good day when something goes wrong with your heating system. But it doesn’t have to be a horrible day, either, especially when you call the right heating service company to fix the problem.

But let’s say something does go wrong with your furnace. After all, they aren’t made to last forever: 15-20 years is the norm. After that, it’s hanging on for dear life. Dirty or clogged filter. A furnace can’t do its job of moving warm air from point A to point B if your filter is blocking its path. Which is why you need to clean or replace it every 30 days.

Pilot light has gone out. This is another thing you can check on your own. In fact, if the pilot light gas completely gone out, or is anything other than a steady blue flame, try re-igniting it before taking any further action. But only if you think you can do so safely and accurately.

Problem with your thermostat. That’s right: the problem might not be with your furnace at all. A thermostat that has stopped working or isn’t working up to par can cause a total lack of heat, insufficient heat, or intermittent heat.
